hala naman masyado ko ng naig ore ang blog ko sana di magtampo si blogspot :)

I've been busy attending gatherings, iba iba kasing group kaya naging busy kami, as in full packed ang weekends namin,, last week we went to Egersund isang lugar din sa Norway, 1 hour train ride lang sya may maliit na christmas market dun, I was able to buy sheepskin in a very cheap price :)

Last Tuesday, I received a not so good news that made my entire day sad, when Mark came home he handed me a surprise present from our mail box,, 

Thank you Sis Cleo for your thoughtfulness,,, it really turned my bad day to a happy one,,, more and more blessings to your family, and I hope in the future I can return the favor to you too....

Touch of Christmas

Christmas is my most favorite holiday ever and it is really best yo celebrate it at home. I am not being insensitive here ha, my thoughts and love are still with the typhoon victims but  I have my own battle also to deal with it is hard kaya to celebrate away from home (which is I know incomparable with what the others' struggles in life) kaya kailangan may pa happy ng konti.

Matagal ko ng gustong magkaroon ng Christmas Village at tuwang tuwa ako sa Santa Claus talaga,, Look what I got as my newest christmas collection,,,

Ang cucute nila di ba,,, There are much affordable pieces of christmas houses/stores in Uniwide daw according to my co N@wies,,,

Hi Friendships!!! musta?

I had a very busy week, helping in organizing bridal shower and bonding with new friends,,, sobrang tight ng community dito maybe because konti lang naman talaga ang Pinoy, madali mag organize ng mga events unlike sa Singapore na grupo grupo lang.

Back to topic hehehe,, gusto ko lang ishare yung tv series that we are currently following yung THE BLACKLIST, mahilig kasi ako sa mga detective stories/CIA/FBI basta yung mga pag solve ng case at mga "mole" sa character, yung mapapag isip ka kung ito ba yung traydor o ano,, the past week e na google ko na at pinanood yung mga Best CIA/FBI na di ko pa napanood dati, if you are like me ng hilig sa movies you will surely love this The Blacklist bago pa lang sya kaya season 1 episode 8 pa lang, kaya kayang kaya pang icatch up yun nga lang I had to wait for a week para mapanood yung next episode hayz,,

broken hearted :(

I'm sure everyone feels the same with what happened to my fellow kababayans in the Philippines. It is heart breaking, depressing and very painful,,, aw talaga, I can't stand watching the news na sobrang sakit talaga. There are many ways to help kaya please do so, take initiative to help kahit maliit man o malaki sobrang laking bagay na yun and please continue to pray for the Philippines.

Stop na muna ako kasi sobrang durog ang puso ko now. :(

I'm in the mood to sweat

Happy Monday Friendships!!!

I've been a seeker of positivity and betterment,,, but sometimes I am lacking motivation to apply and just fascinated about the ideas. 

But when I woke up today, I am in the good mood and full of energy. My very very sister at heart Majal as I call her had our usual kumustahan over a chat in facebook last week and encouraging me to do yoga, after a few hours my kumare Minette who was my dorm mate in college suddenly messaged me also about exercising and being fit and recommends to try pilates,,, Thank you Lord for sending me my friends as an instruments for me to be productive, busy and healthy :) 

I tried yoga and pilates last week but I had my period and I am not comfortable to do it. I accepted the challenge and joined the 30 Day Yoga Challenge and added the Winsor Pilates. It is good in stretching the body and I feel lighter after and it is also good for my thighs and arms to enhance my skills in playing badminton.

Foodie: Halayang Ube

Hi friendships, my husband asked why I didn't blog recently, I told him there's nothing exciting to share and I've mentioned here my daily routine life hihihi,,, 

I've been craving for Red Ribbon's ube macapuno cake, it's my favorite,,, I can eat the whole roll in one sitting,,, it's true... no kidding,,, then my bestfriend posted in facebook her housemate's ube halaya, I was salivating for it talaga,, I asked for the recipe and she said the ingredients are so simple if and only if I can find ube here but the stirring part is hard as you need to do it continously,,, 

I went to a nearby store and to my delight I found packs of grated ube, and I bought the rest of ingredients, I just added cheese for a twist,,, I just don't have food color and vanilla extract  pero keri na din hehehe,,, 

Ingredients:

grated ube

1 can condensed milk

1 can evaporated milk

cheese

butter

Heat a non-stick pan in a medium heat and melt the butter, put the condensed milk and add the cheese , mix it thoroughly, then pour the grated ube and change the heat into low, (make it sure na di hilaw ung grated ube, dapat pala kasi pinakulo ko muna to save me sa mas lalong paghalo hehehe) continue mixing them together until it looks sticky then add the evaporated milk and sugar (depends on how sweet you want it to be) stir continously until you attained the desired texture.

I purposely bought extra milk just in case I need more.

I love how it turned out,,, much much better from halaya ube na molded as fish pag fiesta sa amin na iniiyakan ko pag naubos hehehe,,,

Fragrance at Home

I need to make my stay at home relaxing kaya I always want it to be mabango, e yung kitchen namin isang tumbling lang sala na kaya kailangan ko talaga ng pampabango sa house or else amoy ulam palagi hehehe,,,

Kaya during our trip palanado ko na talagang magbibili ng pampabango, I also bought for the cabinets at sa dishwasher kaso di ko na napicturean. 

I love lavender scent di halata noh hehehe,,, mahilig din ako sa mga sabon lalo yung may mga magagandang cover, found that soaps in supermarket named Esselunga, mura lang yan hehehe pero nice kasi ng scent at yung cover kung di nga lang masyadong kakain ng bigat ng bagahe namin naghoard ako nyan, gusto ko yung madaming ganyan tapos nakadisplay sa banyo namin hihihi,,, arte much,,,

Hello friendships,,,,, it's been more than a week again since I've posted here,,, I've been sleeping a lot lately, and when I woke up it's bath time then I will work in the kitchen for our dinner. I've been less productive in the past week that's why I am pushing myself to be productive and to stay awake *yawning*

It is getting colder here each day, autumn is here already, the leaves are slowly changing its color to reddish and some are falling down from the trees. I am bracing myself to a much colder weather, good luck to me. =)

Isn't she lovely?! I've been wanting this for a long time, the watch that I am using suddenly went out of battery a month ago, but since I am not really a watch person and I am stayed at home wife i don't practically need a watch,,,,,but still nice to have one hahaha....

2. Burberry Short Slim Fit Patent Trim Trench Coat

Since it's cold here I am lusting on a nice trench coat, unlike the DW watch above, this crush of mine will remain as pangarap na lang,,, Pangarap ka na lang ba o magiging katotohanan pa... hahahha napakanta na,,, suntok sa buwan kumbaga, maghanap na lang ako ng red na trench coat din na affordable hehehe, but this one really deserves a highlight on my blog to constantly reminds me na di lahat ng maganda ay nababagay sa kagandahan ko hahaha,,,,

I really need a knee high boots na simple, chic and comfy that can wear in any outfits, consideration ko nga lang ang budget talaga kaya I will look for an alternative for this plus walang repetto dito sa stavanger pwede online kaso ang mahal lang talaga nya para sa boots hehehe,,,

Sa bag,, hay,,, pikit na lang ako,, hahaha,,, kalimutan kalimutan kalimutan hahahah!!!! =)

Amazing Grace Piano

Hello friendships!!!

Have a blessed Sunday. 

Wala akong alam sa pagpapatunog ng kahit anong musical instruments ang alam ko lang gamitin e ang aking very own vocal cords chos hehehe. Kaya dati hangang hanga ako sa mga lyre band ang gagaling nila, hindi ko din type ang gitara kasi masakit sa daliri tapos di ba ang hirap pa pag magpapalit na ng chords hehehe, pero gustong gusto ko ang piano kaso sa kahirapan ng buhay kahit organ wala kami laruan lang ang meron ako nun tuwang tuwa na ako magpipindot parang yung sa video ko lang hehehe pero carry lang meron naman akong napakagandang boses hahaha chos lang ulit! 

Dahil sa frustrated nga akong magkapiano naghanap na lang ako ng free application sa Ipad hehehe hanggang dun na lang ang pangarap ko pero kung papalarin kahit di ako marunong tumugtog ng piano gusto ko pa din magkaganun sa bahay sana someday matupad un wala lang ang sarap lang mangarap.

It is never too late to fulfill our dreams kahit yung mga simple nating pangarap wag nating ineglect. push lang natin yan.

Happy weekend friendships!

Bago yung main topic ko kwento muna ha hehehe,, alam nyo naman ako segwey kung makaksegwey hehehe. Simula nung Monday e practice akong practice ng badminton kasi kasali kmi ni hubby sa tournament doubles un pero sa women category ako, e di naman talaga ako sporty hahaha,,, kaya practice ako ng practice ng tamang pag serve na di gaanong tataas sa net para di madali sa kalaban na ismash, e yung kalaban namin matatangkad pa tapos malalakas tumira. Ayun na nga all sweats and pains paid off naman kasi we won last night yiheee,, it is my first time talaga sumali sa tournament na ganyan hehehe nung high school kasi at college e exempted ako sa PE kasi member ako ng dance troupe nung kabataan ko hehehe.

Ka team ko yung katabi ko na nakablack nanakahawak sa akin sa right side ko, next na laban namin Oct 25 hehehe pero next friday meron ulit parang family day ng mga pinoy kaya busy ang friday ko wala ng fridates :(

Isa akong taong matuwain hehehe, may maglike lang ng photos o post ko sa facebook masaya na ako lalo pa pag may magcomment hehehe,, isa sa kaligayahan ko din ay magpapicture ng magpapicture hehehe lalo pag hindi ako nahihiya sa kapaligiran ko hehehe,,,

Dun sa last company ko may officemate ako na palagi nya sinasabi na natutuwa daw sya sa mga posing ko hehehe at yung iba e ginagaya nya daw, eto yung isa daw sa gusto nya

After ko magpost ng pictures sa facebook nung trip namin napukaw ako ng comment ng classmate ko nung high school 

Inedit ko para sa privacy ng classmate at schoolmate ko nung high school. Natuwa ako sa sinabi nyang unique at basta daw iba, I assumed na positive yung comment nya kasi kahit papano nman e I am a friend to everyone sa classmates ko kahit may kanya kanya kaming grupo hehehe, 

Yung comment din ng inay ay sobrang nakakataba ng puso coming from my No. 1 fan hehehe ang saya lang. 

Kung meron lang akong mala Ms. Universe na ganda at katawan e madami pa sana akong pictures hahaha,,, pero basta enjoy talaga ako sa camera hehehe,,

Encounter sa Kababayans

I was meaning to post this even before we went to Milan but I was occupied with positive things around me, it is not so serious naman, I am just wondering why some of our kababayans forget their hometown when they set their foot on foreign land. Bakit nga ba? and some where very proud that they were holding a Schengen Visa?

It was Tuesday morning, as usual late na kami gumising (may side kwento talaga) my heart is full of excitement kasi we were going to Disneyland the happiest place in the world hehehe. We took MRT from our place medyo malayo pa sya talaga from Paris pero carry lang basta makarating, we were warned that there was a problem on the line going to Disneyland, when we were nearing na siguro mga 4 stations na lang nag stop na yung sinasakyan nmin and we waited for another one (merong may balat ata e sa mga kasakay ko hehehe) pero I enjoyed the journey kahit ganun because there were many kids na excited din tulad ko some were wearing na nga their disney dresses e hehehe. After namin makasakay ulit 2 stations more e tumigil na naman, we waited for some time until they inform us na walang train and we had to take a bus from there.

At finally nasilayan ko na din hihihi,,, wait parang may nagtatagalog sa likod namin, napalundag ang puso ko ( ganun ako kahit sa singapore na madaming Pilipino natutuwa ako makarinig ng nagtatagalog) nginitian ko sila na ang akala ko ay mag ina pero mag Tita pala, after namin bumili ng ticket sabi ko sakay kami dun sa train na maglilibot sa buong disney naswertehan na kasunod din namin sila sa pila, ako na excited sa kababayan

Tita: taga saan kayo?
Me: Taga Quezon po ako tapos taga Mindoro po sya (refering to my husband)
Tita: kami taga Sta. Rosa malapit sa Enchanted. Kayo lang dalawa?
Me: Opo
Tita: San kayo nag apply ng visa?
Me:  Ahm, galing po kaming Norway
Tita: (nadismaya ata) ah kami talagang galing sa Pinas dun kami nag apply ng Visa. Anong trabaho nyo dun?
Me: Si husband lang po nagwowork. (biglang daan nung mini parade) ay sandali lang po ha baba po muna kami sa parade, see you around po Enjoy.

Isang bagay ang tumatak talaga sa akin na turo ni Inay, wag na wag kang magtatanong ng trabaho ng iba. I remember I was only grade 1 as in bago pa lang pumasok ng grade 1 sinabihan ako na never mag ask kung ano trabaho ng magulang ng classmates ko na inapply ko din sa ibang tao na nakakasalamuha ko I never ask about their job. Ewan ko masakit sa pandinig para sa akin e, parang inaassess kung magkano ang pera ko sa bulsa.

After ng fireworks display uwian na nun pero may papicture pa ako posing posing pa hehehe alam nyo naman ako mahilig sa pictures hehhee e naawa naman ako sa photographer ko gusto lang nya e magpapicture kasama ako alam nyo naman na die hard fan ko sya hahaha,,,  bigla sakto may dumating na pinoy na lalaki nakiusap ako kung pede magpakuha ng picture, sabi nya "ay pinoy pala kau" sabay tanong tagasaan kayo,, ako automatic talaga "taga Quezon kayo taga saan" ako na ang proud na Quezonian hehehe sagot nya " taga England kami"

Wow sosyal. hehehehe... joke di ko sinabi un heheheh.

During My Quiet Time

Hello friendships! How's your Monday? I woke up realizing that my birth month is ending, it has been a wonderful month and I enjoyed every day of September especially the days of our recent trip but now that we are back balik na naman ako sa routine ko everyday hehehe,,, last night my husband asked me this

Hon: hon naiinip ka na ba dito sa bahay?
Me: hindi ( sabay ngiti * i'm not good in lying hehehe)
Hon: feeling ko di ka masaya dito
Me: (baby talking) hindi naman hon kaso wala ako kasama palagi
Hon: Pag nalulungkot ka kausapin mo palagi si God na samahan ka dito

Ang Inay ang biggest influence ko sa aking Faith kay God, and I believe yun ang pinaka role ng magulang ang akayin ang kanilang mga anak sa Panginoon. Dito sa Norway ang hirap ng salita at kahit sa church norsk pero kahit ganun pinagtyatyagaan pa din namin ni Mark kahit di namin naiintindihan binabasa ko na lang sa bible yung mga verses na tatalakayin nila.

Wait lang baka akala nyo nilalagnat ako hahaha may side din akong ganito hehehe di nyo lang alam hehehe,,, may side akong parang tigre din hahaha,, meron ding playful, minsan may pagka mahiyain, malambing, mahilig sa pagkain (in short matakaw)  ay stop na ako hihihi,,,

Well may mga down time din ako di naman maiiwasan yun, sa pagkaiyakin ko kahit di nakakaiyak naiiyak ako sa mga napapanood ko may ganun din pala akong side hehehe yung gusto ko minsan umiyak hahaha loka loka lang minsan :)

Ok serious na nga hehehe,,, whenever I feel the homesickness and feeling down I always find the inner peace listening to these songs. Kanina lang e naiyak na naman ako habang sinasabayan ko yung kanta, at habang naglalakad mula sa bahay at supermarket kinakanta ko yung Kalinga,,, sobrang ganda talaga at nakakagaan ng loob wag nyo lang iimaginein na ako yung kumakanta ha hihihi kasi baka masira yung kanta.

It is a must to have a quiet time with God, and one of the best forms of doing it is through songs, nakaka lift talaga ng spirit at best way din to communicate with God.

Beauty Loot from our trip

We also accommodated some shopping on our trip,,, yey!!! Very limited selections lang kasi ang andito sa place namin kaya I planned the things we need to buy and allotted a budget for it. We are preparing for the autumn and winter, luckily there's a lot of good finds in Zara and Bershka and I found a nice boots in Milan, wrong timing lang talaga ung sched ng trip namin kasi wala ng sale unlike daw nung july august madaming sale. Aside from that bumili din kami ng mga food at home essentials kasi mas mura talaga, mula nuttella, spam, cheese, kitchen utensils plus may pasalubong pa galing Pinas ang family ko, umuwi kasi ang ninang ko kaya nakapadala sila. May belo at cy gabriel na ulit ako hehehe kaya punong puno baggage nmin plus 2 hand carry na luggage din. 

Ay mabalik tayo sa beauty loot hehehe sensya na napakwento na e, 

I bought these for my face, sana mahiyang sa akin. 

I got the perfect shade for me hehehe pero ung salesman nagpoprotest pa hehehe, 

Salesman: for you? 

Me: yup

Salesman: it is too white for you.

Me: (deadma) I'll get this (hahaha)

Ung nc40 kasi nagdadark sa face ko ngaun pantay na sa neck hehehe. 

Ang daming Yamamay na store sa milan pero di ko pinapansin hahaha ayoko na kasi gumastos ng di ko naman gaano kailangan but while waiting for our flight there was a nearby booth of Yamamay and I still have some coins to spend hehehe, kaya ayun gumora ang lola nyo hehehe and got all these for 15 euro 

Na likey ko sobra si lipstick bukod sa color nya gusto ko yung case nya na matte yung feeling hehehe. 

And last update ko e my hair has a new color now we tried to DIY it at home I bought Loreal casting na Mahogany ang color kaso di umepek eh hehehe kaya my aunt ninang accompanied me to a parlor sa parang chinatown dun mas mura compared sa ibang parlor sa milan,

Honestly I miss my black hair, huhuhu!!! Gusto ko p din ang simple kong buhok, feeling ko kasi kailangan kong mag effort mag ayos ng face at hair ko unlike before, basta feeling ko pang sosyal sya yung kailangang polished n polished bagay sya sa mga palaayos, I'm just waiting for a week and will change it na talaga, ayoko lang talaga ng alanganing blonde n brown n orange ang buhok ko wahehe gusto ko talaga medyo red, kaya sabi ko kay husband one more try n lang yung mahogany after nun bigay hilig lang tapos titinain ko na ulit ng black hihihi.

Travel Kwento: Paris France

Hello friendships!!! We were back last Tuesday from our 10 days vacation, this is the best birthday gift I received so far,,, at dahil din sa schedule ni Mark sa work at yung price difference ng ticket we decided to sched our trip a week after my birthday. I was really excited as in my field trip na naman kasi ang bata hehehe,, the night before our flight we attended pa a mini get together ng officemates ni Mark,,, after we got home, di na ako makatulog hahaha,,

We arrived in Paris around 11 am, direct flight yung nakuha namin from Stavanger via SAS airline, medyo paranoid ako kasi mag mrt kami from airport to our hotel e balita talaga na madaming mandurukot sa Paris, iniwasan din naming di maglabas ng map para di mahalata na tourists kami, iba iba din kasi ang lahi dun kaya basta paranoid ako. When we reached the hotel we were informed that we can check in at 3pm pa kaya iniwan na namin yung luggage namin muna dun, gora na agad kami kasi sayang ang oras,,, from Montmartre where our hotel is located, we looked for a Hop on Hop off bus,, for me it is a must talaga,, hassle free ito, the bus will tour you around Paris, we got their 2 days ticket, eto yung pwede kang bumaba in a certain area na gusto mo tapos if tapos ka na magtour dun you can wait for another bus para sa next destination. Safe pa yung feeling ko kasi halos lahat kami tourists dun hindi makikisiksik sa mrt.

Ang ganda lang talaga ng scenery sa Paris, sobra ako in love sa ganda nya at lalong iba yung feeling ng finally e meet and greet na with Eiffel Tower

Naachieve naman namin yung chillax enjoy trip na ine aim namin, yun nga lang may mga lugar kaming di napuntahan, like Versailles, Jardin Du Luxembourg, yung Louvre Museum di kami nakapasok hahaha,,, kasi yung second day Monday, e late riser kami parehas ni hubby, kaya mga 11 am na kami nakalabas ng hotel e since walking distance lang from our hotel ang Sacre Coeur Basilica of Montmartre e yun inuna namin kasi alam namin gabi na ulit kami dadating baka di na kami makapunta, kaya if di kayo early person kulang ung 3 nights sa Paris siguro dagdagan pa kahit 2 days.

Ayun nga since MOnday nga ung Second day namin, late na kami nakapunta ng Louvre, nagpicture picture pa kami sa labas,,,

Close pala ang Museum pag Tuesday wahehehe,,, sa tuesday e Disneyland day namin,,, non-negotiable na yun hahaha,,,

May kwento ako about sa toilet sa Paris yung makikita sa sidewalk hehhee,, ihing ihi na talaga ako nun tapos nadaanan namin yung Toilet, paglabas nung matandang lalaki pumasok agad ako hehehe,, tapos pinipigilan ako nung matanda di sya marunong mag English buti na lang may dumaan inexplain sa amin na after gamitin un paglabas maglilinis yun ng kusa bago ulit magamit,, ang bonggels di ba,, kaya malinis na sya pagpasok ko,,, sana sa Pinas may ganun din,,, 

and we ended our Day 2 in Paris sa Hard Rock. Mga 1 am na ata kami nakaalis dun, medyo hassle lang kasi malayo yung hotel namin sa Champ Elysees area, nag taxi na kami pauwi nagulat ako kasi mura lang yung taxi 7 euro lang from Hard Rock hanggang sa hotel namin sa Montmartre.
