Heart of the Matter

Last Sunday, I received an iPad as my first christmas gift from hubby (feelingera lang na may kasunod pa), super enjoy ko yung gift nya, I was really thinking of getting one for myself this christmas kasi mahilig talaga akong magbasa kahit ano kaya a bigger screen is really perfect for me. My husband was choosing between a camera and an iPad at nanalo si iPad, buti na lang kasi happy talaga ako, now I am reading Heart of the Matter by Emily Giffin at super naiinis ako kay Valerie at Nick, and I really feel for the wife, biruin mo a harmless dinner can lead into something deeper, kakapraning tuloy hahaha.. (hon basta ako "Im pretty"(ala carmina lang), ikaw na ang bahala kung ipagpapalit mo pa ako hahaha) nag warning? hahaha,,, Oh well sabi nga sa book nung mother ni Tessa, one thing she learned in life was never say never, totoo nga naman di ba, kahit na gaano ako kasigurado ngayon that my husband won't cheat on me e di pa din natin masasabi, I am open that things might be turned around but at the same time I know how to trust and love the commitment of our marriage. I admire so much those women who gave up their career to become a SAHM (Stay At Home Moms) or SAHW (Stay at Home Wives) actually I wished before that my mom was staying at home preparing for everything we need but in my case I can't kahit pa my husband can provide for me, I am somehow takot na walang work, ewan ko maybe because I worked since I graduated from university and hindi ako nawawalang ng work ng more than a month, pinakamatagal na siguro ang 2 weeks or I can;t recall kung umabot nga ng 2 weeks basta mostly after I served the 1 month notice period, ilang days lang I will start with the new company, pero kahit pa I am takot, a part of me also hoping to just stay at home and be a better wife, yung I don't need to drag myself in the morning to work kahit ang sarap pang humiga hahaha.
Oh sya, itutuloy ko na basahin yung book.

Btw, tomorrow is my last working day for this year!!! Hoooray!!! Holiday mode na!!! Excited to see my husband! =)

I really really love this book, my all time favorite after I've read it in 2009. #TheWedding

Heartbreaking Sunday

Sorry naman at naging tahimik ako simula last week, alam nyo naman ako pag may dinadamdam, well, sobrang sad lang at hanggang ngayon di ako maka get over sa nangyari kay Pacman. I was so excited before his fight with Marquez, alam na alam ko na mananalo sya. Fan na fan talaga nya ako,, I admire his humbleness, his faith in God, his attitude inside the ring, mabait sya talaga, walang yabang kung makatama man sya ng suntok, hindi madaya, saka yung kung paano sya talaga nagsimula sa wala nakaka inspire. Nakakalungkot lang talaga ang pagkatalo nya, the first time he fell on the 3rd round at umiling lang sya at ngumiti, nakampante ako at sabi ko wala lang kay idol yun, sumisigaw ako babawi yan babawi yan,, at tama nga ako biglang mas gwapo na si Pacquiao kesa kay Marquez dahil sa mga suntok na natanggap nya kay Pacman. hayzzzz,,,

Ako na yata pinakamaingay sa mga friends namin na nanonood, ganun talaga ako madaling maapektuhan ng napapanood, pag tinatamaan si Pacquiao napapa aray ako, at pag sya naman nakakatama ay may palakpak may sigaw at taas kamay, ganun din pag drama ang pinapanood namin lalo na pag MMK maya maya na lang tumutulo na luha ko.

Di ko na kayang tingnan ulit yung picture ni Pacman nung bumagsak sya kaya hanggang dyan lang ang pics ko, talagang may heart stopped for a few seconds until I realized that the fight is over and my idol was still lying with his face on the floor, I was so scared na baka wala na sya, and when I saw Jinkee in the screen crying my heart sank for her too, ako nga na fan lang sobrang tumigil ang mundo ko sya pa kaya na asawa, Thank God he's alive. Everything happens for a reason, God is sending message to him and to all of us.

Thank you Pacman for giving pride and honor to the Philippines, thank you for making us all proud that we are Filipino, thank you for being our inspiration. Mabuhay ka Manny Pacquiao!!!

P.S. Saludo din ako sa undercard na lumaban din kay Michael Farenas, sa tapang na pinakita nya kasi magaling talaga yung kalaban nya pero ang tapang nya pa ding makipagpalitan ng suntok. Thank God at kinaya nya hanggang matapos ang laban.

Hello friendships, musta ang weekend? Uber busy ako nung weekend tapos ngarag ako sa work last week kaya last weekend ko lang naramdaman na 3 weeks na lang pala hehehe,, Ang lamig na daw ngayon dun, nag i-snow na eto yung picture na sinend ni hubby.

After ko makita yung picture na toh, ay bigla ako nagpanic, wala pa akong susuotin panglamig, I really planned to go to Uniqlo kasi may sale din nga na mga knitted na blouse, buti na lang nagpunta muna ako sa H&M kakaopen lang nila sa ION, tapos may opening sale sila yey!!!
Would you believe I got these sweaters for S$ 7.90 each? binili ko na tuloy lahat ng kulay na andun, tenchu H&M, I save a lot of $$,, ayoko din kasi gaanong gumastos sa panglamig, ang dami ko pa naman gustong bilhing pang outfit of the day kaso lahat ng budget ko ngayon ay pang winter clothes,, di muna ako makakabili ng shorts hihihi.

Oh di ba ang saya mamili pagka ganito kamura lang, di masakit sa bulsa, wais! =) alam nyo naman ako mahilig sa 5-10sgd lang, hihihi,, 

Madami pa akong kailangan na bilhin kaya kailangan ko magtipid, di pa ako nakakabili ng scarf/scarves, gloves, leg warmer/stockings, saka shoes,, kaya for the coming weeks e shoe hunting ako,, sana sana may makita akong uber cheap na maayos saka gusto ko pa makabili ng isa pang jacket, e ang mahal pala talaga ng jacket.
