Be healthy, let's do this workout

Hi girls,

Everybody is happy, it's Friday and Payday!!!

I will stay the house the whole day and wait till my hubby off from work, it's fridate again for us, no cooking for me yey!!!!

Our menu for this week was fried salmon, sinigang na salmon, bulanglang batangas, gulay na mais with malunggay, buttered shrimp, at since naawa naman ako kay hubby na walang meat since last week e, nagprepare ako ng burger patties pambaon din kasi nya. I went to an Asian store the other day and they have bangus and tilapia there yey,,, may pang alternate na ako sa salmon. I want nga sana a juicer e, gusto ko kasing mag juice cleansing pero we have a lot of things pa to buy for the house kaya ignore ko muna si juicer hehehe,,,

I'm trying to be healthy talaga, kaya As much as possible ayoko na ng meat, tinitingnan ko na lang ang picture ng lechon kawali hahaha,,, and while at home, ayoko ding madagdagan ang mga unwanted fats ko na ayaw umalis sa katawan ko enjoy na enjoy sila sa akin wahehe,, luckily someone share this video in facebook, Tara let's papawis tayo,,,

  1. I seriously need this.. Yung tiyan ko eh walang ginawa kundi lumaki haha Mas masaya sana 'to pag may ksama ako.. You know naman me solo flight lagi peg
