This is another easy peasy menu, tapos healthy pa. I love home cooked food, kahit simpleng fried egg, basta lutong bahay the best.
Ingredients:
1/4 pork, cut into small,
mixed veggies
eveporated milk
garlic
sugar, salt and pepper
How to cook:
Seasoned the pork with salt and pepper and fry, let it turned into brown (sangkutsa), then put the garlic, to separate the excess oil from frying, transfer the pork and the garlic in another pan, then put the mixed veggies, after a minute, add the milk and let it simmer, add a little sugar, and fish sauce(optional) depende na lang sa panlasa nyo.
Parang eto din yung ulam namin kahapon haha Domestic Goddess and peg mo ngayon :)
