Home Style: Why I Love IKEA

When my husband rented the place, the owner provided everything but my husband had to pay additional for the rent, everything is ok, but the thing is they give us a very huge old sofa, and an old heavy TV. We never use the TV and we are thinking to return it and the sofa to the owner since it occupies a lot of space, as in the whole sala, we were thinking to buy a two seater sofa lang sana so that we can have a room for small dining table din, we eat at the center table now hihihi,, 

It is a process pala to decorate,, I posted here before the wall decors I bought on my first day here, and I mentioned already that we found a pretty cabinet in IKEA,

And to complete the design I'm aiming for, I bought a mat to contrast the color, basta ganun kanya kanyang trip lang hehehe,,

I am very happy for the outcome,, I just love our little corner,, *tadah****

Ang prettyness di ba,, I want it to have a nice lamp shade lang and bunch of flowers instead of chocolates which I put inside the vase hahaha,, but for now, wala pa kaya yan na lang muna ang nilagay ko, =)

Life's Simple Pleasure

Hello Friends!!!

I am really enjoying my life now, no stress from work etc, basta im just simply happy, but I know myself I'm sure hahanap hanapin ko din mag work, but for now, I will enjoy muna these luxury of waking up a little late, eating breakfast, Facebook/Candy Crush/reading all day,, cooking,, going to supermarket, window shopping,, walking in the park, decorating, saka masarap yung feeling na dinadatnan ng mister sa bahay hihihi,,

So here are the photos I took that made me smile,, =)

Every morning I go out for my morning walk/jog, ang sarap lang mag walk/jog dito ang fresh ng hangin,, these flowers caught my eyes,,,

And this beautiful swan too,,, =)

 I tell you mas love ko ang books kesa sa damit,, I bought this on my 2nd day here,, talagang pumunta ako sa bookstore to find this, luckily meron sila dito =)

My husband wants to lose some pounds, sino ba naman ang hindi, kaya I limit our menu sa gulay at isda lang, except one breakfast where my husband cooked bacon and egg,, favorite ko talaga ang bacon, so kailangan ko syang snob-in pag nasa supermarket kami,,
Im just happy feeding my husband,,, and he is very easy to please, lahat ng luto ko masarap sa kanya kahit tong halo halong gulay lang,,,

Yesterday I saw these prettyness,,, I love bulaklakan,, it's spring time here,,, =)
I love decorating our home,, my husband is still working on our cabinet,, pag finish na I will show here din,,,

Welcome To Our Empty Home =)

One of our major itinerary in the Philippines was the turnover of our home, wala pa syang laman na gamit pero it filled a lot of joy in our hearts the moment we saw our place. Honestly at first hindi ako impressed sa picture kasi yung color theme is brown e alam nyo naman ako, tapos we used to live in HDB in singapore kaya naiimagine ko na yung corridor na similar sa HDB, pero carry lang basta alam ko maganda yung place at ok ang developer namin, yung design sabi ko pwede na yun pagka turnover saka I am also dreaming pa din naman ng landed na house pero sa province namin, for now this is what we need,, we got a corner unit din kaya may privacy kahit papano. Love at first sight nga ang naganap kasi yun pa lang yung first time namin sya nakita, sa entrance pa lang happy na ako.
We can't imagine na finally may bahay na kami, kaming mag asawa, may address na kami sa Pinas,, ang saya lang =)

Nung unang punta namin, since kasama namin family ni Mark e tipid yung kilos basta ang alam ko lang kinikiliti ako ni mark palagi at hindi nya binibitawan ang kamay ko, tapos sabi nya wag na muna namin iparenovate kasi sayang daw lumain na lang muna, ako sobrang agree kasi another gastos na naman yun e magiging single income na lang kami, tapos magastos din dito sa Norway mahal ang bilihin, pero before kami bumalik ng Singapore Thursday night sabi balikan daw namin, kaya early morning nagbyahe na kami, nag mrt kami, tapos nag jeep hindi ko tanda kung sa libertad o sa saan basta doon hehehe,, alam nyo naman ako sunod lang ako kay mark, ang bilis din ng byahe namin cguro mga 1 hour lang nasa bicutan na kami,, nagpunta muna kami sa SM bicutan tapos bumili kami ng electric fan kasi sabi ni Mark magsusukat daw sya kaya naisip ko baka mainit kailangan namin ng fan, nagbreakfast lang kami sa Max's at nag takeout ng pang lunch namin,,
Pag pasok namin sa unit namin,, halik ng halik si mark sa pisngi hehehe,, tuwang tuwa sya,, tapos ang dami na nyang plano agad, plano pa lang naman hihihi,, dun naman nag uumpisa yun,, saka na lang namin problemahin ang budget hehehe,,

 Ang sala namin, TV lang yung laman saka electric fan,,

Actually hindi na pala namin kailangan ng electric fan, kasi ang hangin sobra,, may tubig at kuryente na din e, kaya wala na kaming problema, basta magdadala na lang ng gamit pwede ng tirahan.

Hopefully next na uwi namin ok na lahat, kumpleto na sana sa furnitures,, one step at a time muna,, ipon ipon na lang muna =)

Loving these Kitchen Inspiration

How's the weekend? The weather here in Singapore is unpredictable, morning until noon was super hot then around 2pm will have a heavy rains with the lightnings and thunderstorms,, bed weather..

It's the time of the month now, i hate stomach cramps,, (sigh) but what I love about it is that my cravings for food is over. Balik banana, yogurt, veggies, and fish na ulit me, my old weight is back kaya I really need to focus again, kinaya ko dati kakayanin ko ulit. =)

And since I'm on a diet again and again (hahaha) no more cooking for me now, cguro light cooking lang, super love ko pa naman to cook, aside from bedroom another favorite ko din ang kitchen, syempre for you to create  best tasting food kailangan happy ang aura, maganda sa mata ang kitchen. I followed Home Decorating sa Facebook kaya dami ko nakikitang designs, eh alam nyo naman na I love red, yan lang kasi yung color na pang babae na parang neutral hahaha,, kc kung ako lang puro pink ang theme ko hahaha,,

I super love the second picture, like ko yung may parang table sa gitna para pagkahango ng food lafang na agad hahaha,, im sure my husband like this idea too yung tipong kwentuhan dun na, perfect spot din for midnight snack.
The first picture naman is so neat tingnan, parang ayaw ko ng magluto pag ganyan hahaha,, mahirap magkalat hehehe, pero like ko yung natural lights nakakafresh lang,,
The third picture naman is very simple and practical, parang everything that you need is there na.

hayyy ang sarap mangarap,,, I will sleep na para tupadin ang pangarap ko sa panaginip hahaha,,,

Bedroom Ideas

Follow up sa previous blog ko, kagabi pa ako hanap ng hanap ng design, ang hirap pala ang daming magaganda, walang itulak kabigin (lalim ng tagalog hehehe). Favorite part ko talaga aside sa kitchen e bedroom, kaya I want it talaga na maganda sa mata, basta may TV, laptop at books mabubuhay ako sa loob ng kwarto ng walang labasan, kailangan pala may pagkain hehehe.

Ang ganda lang nito, gusto ko talaga yung upholstered na headboard kaso wala ako makita gusto ko yung may red din sya hehehe, ang ganda ng lighting nitong room na 'to, yun pala dapat din iconsider dapat perfect ang lighting para bongga ang dating.

Gusto ko plain lang yung sa may headboard walang mga nakasabit, gusto ko man maglagay ng painting o malaking picture frame naming mag asawa e paranoid ako takot ako mabagsakan hehehe.
Wish ko lang malaki yung room namin kaso hindi e kailangan ko yata yung ideas na mukhang mapapalaki yung room hehehe.
