Christmas in Paris =)

Hello Pretties,

I know it is already 2016 now but let me share to you the glimpse of the last days of my 2015. We can't afford to go home for so many reasons so my husband asked me to decide on where we will be celebrating Christmas. I am thinking of Prague but the charm of Paris won. After we booked our tickets, we were scouting for an afforable hotel with a nice location, I suddenly checked my facebook and there was a news about the attacked in Paris from there I am willing to let go of our bookings because I was scared. My husband was ok with the idea to pursue our trip because he said the security is tighter and it is safer to go. It was only two weeks before our flight when we booked our hotel. It is very near to the Champs Elysees which made me love our hotel so much. The first time we went to Paris we stayed in Montmartre area and I realized that it is not really a good location for our trip since my aim for that trip was just walking around the city and feel the festive mood in Paris.

We left on the 24th of December, ang saya ng feeling ng field trip hehehe. Although we are missing our family in the Philippines the trip somehow lighten our longing for them. We arrived a few hours before noche buena (Paris time) and had a simple meal with suso hihihi.

One of the highlights of our trip was to eat in KFC! ay naku sobrang happy ako, kaya if you want to make me happy KFC lang happy na ako, bonus na yung Jollibee sana magkaroon dito =)

There were times during that trip that I was being paranoid, umiiwas ako sa crowded places, I didn't actually enjoy the christmas village kasi di ako nag sstop ng matagal sa isang place. But still it was a indeed a happy Christmas trip.

It was the same amazing feeling of our first encounter with Eiffel back in 2013. Nakakahawa ata ang ganda ng Eiffel kaya we produced so many nice photos with it.

I am so happy that we still go on this trip, laking panghihinayang siguro kung hindi kami tumuloy. The city was full of christmas lights parang nasa Pinas na din kami. =)

It was indeed a Merry Christmas! I will never forget this wonderful experience. And to those who are planning to spend Christmas in Paris, you'll surely enjoy the experience.

Week's Best #8: Trip Planning

Hi pretties! how are you? I am worried and sad because of what happened to Paris. :( It is really heartbreaking. Let us all pray that all the people in the world will have a heart with full of love to each other. Peace and Love to everyone! 

As for my week, I am surprisingly more masipag this week hahaha. I woke up early to make breakfast for hubby. Seriously, nakakahawa kasi ang kasipagan din ng asawa ko, he is working double time kasi medyo nabubusy na ang project, he even worked today even if it is a Saturday. I cleaned the house hihihi, ang alam ko kasing role ko lang e cook at dishwasher (na ilalagay ko lang sa machine) eh hihihi.

All sweats and efforts were all paid off naman because of these boxes of happiness. 

Thank you hubby! I know mababasa mo ito, super thank you for providing for our needs. 

We decided not to give gifts for Christmas but instead we will give ourselves an experience to see other places and to celebrate the holidays with our family in Italy. We were able to book our tickets and now I am busy looking for a  nice and budget friendly accomodation. I declare this month as a "Non-Spending November" as in no clothes, make-up, shoes & book shopping, no eating out sana kaso just this evening lang e date daw kami ni hubby, waley hehehe! Ang gastos ng December kaya I want to save more for our trip. 

And because hubby was busy this week, after his work today, niyaya nya ako magdate, and kahit alam ko na gastos yun I willingly submit to him (wahihi) hindi na uso ang pakipot ngayon hehehe.

Too bad they do not have shrimp daw kaya di ako nakaorder ng Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Pasta nila. 

Before heading home, we stopped by in Starbucks to warm ourselves with their coffee. 

I am happy to fulfill my wifey duty, hoping for being a better wife for the coming days. 

Praying that we may all have a wonderful and peaceful week ahead.

Swissotel and (in) Berlin

Hello Friendships,

I am not sure why I can't blog these days, pero heto na =)

I want to blog about Swissotel kaso major fail na di ko sya nakuhanan ng picture, pero all in all very nice ang experience namin with them, the staffs were very helpful, location is very nice as in shoppingan ang street na yun, very comfortable ang bed and nice toilet and bath too, nagustuhan ko yung separate yung shower at bath tub, kasi medyo takot ako sumampa at bumaba sa bath tub before at after ko maligo plus medyo aware ako kung nababasa ko na yung floor, kaya like ko talaga yung separate shower, malaki din yung bath tub nila, nagkasya kami ni mark (hahaha ooops censored). We had a very early flight and we arrived sa hotel about 10 plus na pero the hotel let us checked in na agad agad, super winner sa akin yun kasi after ng flight pagod and gusto ko mag shower muna.

And if you are coming from Tegel Airport less than 20 euro lang ang taxi from airport to Swissotel di ba winner, di kasi ako nakaresearch hehehe buti na lang si mark magaling sa distance distance na cacalculate nya kung malayo ba itaxi o hindi hehehe,, 17 euro lang ang alam ko ung binayaran namin, pero nung pauwi na kami saktong 20 euro yung binayad namin sa taxi. Nahirapan ako sa train sa Berlin, kasi sa isang track ibat ibang trains yung dumadaan kaya kailangan alam mo kung ano oras yung train na sasakyan kasi matagal din ang interval nila. Hindi ako mahilig sa museum ha hehehe kaya kada kanto lang ako picture hihihi masaya na ako nun. Medyo nabitin kami sa shopping pero kasi mas panalo sa spain magshopping kasi nasa 20-23 percent sa pagkakaalala ko ha yung tax refund, samantalang sa berlin 11 percent lang. Ang init pati dun nung nagpunta kami sobra siguro mas mainit pa kesa sa pinas kasi nung Sunday punta namin sa Potsdam ang init grabe hindi ako maka pose hahaha,,, yung mineral water na hawak ko umiinit din hehehe.

Yung breakfast nga lang sa hotel e napakasimple hehehe,, medyo nadisappoint ako pero carry lang

Honestly hindi ako naimpress sa Berlin, mas nagandahan ako sa Barcelona, sa Barcelona kasi maganda ang paligid, mura ang shopping hahaha,, pero more on talaga maganda every kanto, masarap ang food, sa Berlin siguro dahil di ko pa gaanong na explore pero hindi ako nagandahan sa kanya parang nothing special.

But I'm still happy coz I got to see/experience again the things close to my heart.

Like this Cotton On Shop na halos kaliwa't kanan ata meron sa singapore, too bad di ko sya napasok major fail talaga, yung first day kasi namin I thought warm up lang hahaha pero hindi pala mabilis dumaan ang oras sarado na sila hahaha,,

I miss KFC so much!!! Had to buy a bucket of chicken for pasalubong sa friends namin dito and for us na din.

Hindi ako maHard Rock before e pero dito kasi palagi meron sa trip namin. more on TGIF ako e and chillis before.

for Attaractions wala talaga kami gaano napuntahan hahaha,, hindi ako mahilig,, yung Potsdam Sunday yun kung bukas nga mga shops nun baka di din namin pinuntahan

Travel: Hirtshals Weekend Getaway =)

Hello beauties!!!

Musta na kau? Im perfectly fine, pati weather dito fine na fine hahahah joke,, mainit na ngayon, ganda ng weather.

We had a mini get away last weekend, we were lucky to be able to join the very nice, warm and funny group in this trip, we really had a very wonderful cruising-bonding together,,, and it was a steal because we booked it in a very very low price.

Sa loob pa lang quota na kami sa pictures sulit na ang bayad namin :)

ang saya parang field trip talaga, too bad I forgot to take pictures of our room. This was my first time to ride a cruise ship, although small lang ito compared sa aking inaasam asam na Superstar Virgo e I am super happy pa rin that I've experienced this.

We left Stavanger Saturday night and we arrived in our destination at 7:30 am, Hirtshals is a small town in Denmark, e Sunday kaya mostly ang mga shops ay close, but still we enjoyed our bonding time together, and my first time to see a lighthouse in person, naakyat ko pa, and had a breathtaking view from top.
