Hi pretties,
Pandesal is always present on our table back home, kahit yung left over sa morning masarap pa ding meryenda, isasawsaw lang sa kapeng barako ok na. =)
I was encouraged to make our own pandesal by my friend May, she introduced to me this wonder machine in making pandesal, just put all the ingredients and the bread machine will mix them well and make it into dough.
Here's the ingredients:
1 cup luke warm water
1 pack yeast or 12g yeast
2 eggs
3/4 milk
1 cup sugar
1 kilo flour
salt
bread crumbs
Put them all together in the bread machine, after1.5 hours or so you have a good dough. Form your dough in a cylindrical shape and cut it in your desired size and roll it in bread crumbs. Let it rise for 30 minutes. Baked them in your oven for 10-12 minutes in 170 degC.
My finished product
Serve it with butter, coffee or tea. It is perfect anytime of the day. For the wives like me, enjoy your afternoon or night catching up with your husband after a tiring work and household chores with pandesal, simple tipid and sweet date!
Have a very nice weekend! God bless us =)
mwahugs!
PS. you can make a spanish bread in the same dough, for last night I made a bread with nutella filling. (sorry no picture).
