Ingredients:
salmon fillet
soy sauce
oyster sauce
worcester sauce
lemon or lime
salt
pepper
honey
paprika
garlic
small tomato (optional)
olive oil
Pre-heat the oven.
Place the salmon in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper, put the lemon or lime juice (whichever is available)
Combine the soy sauce, worcester sauce, oyster sauce, honey, pepper and olive oil, then pour the mixture to the fish.
Put the sliced paprika, crushed garlic, sweet tomato on top of the fish.
Cover the salmon with aluminum foil then baked it for 20 mins at 180 deg C, after 20 mins remove the cover and change your oven setting to the one on which your fan is on and wait for 20 mins, but always check because it tends to dry the sauce, c hubby kasi gusto nya medyo masauce.
here is my finished product. 😊
