Hello,,, food post naman, actually ang dami ko sana gustong ishare na recipe, not naman original recipe just in case lang bigla available yung ingredients tapos pwedeng pwedeng gawin, just like what happened today, I asked my N@W group for a simple recipe sa gulay, and two of them sugeested gising gising, I asked what is gising gising, ginataan pala yun ng finely chopped na beans, string beans o stalk ng kangkong. Since I only have cauliflower, broccoli and carrots, I was able to cook yung strir fry na mixed na yun and oyster sauce. Hanggang sa naisip ko instead of adding the stalk sa stir fry gawa naman ako ng panibagong menu na inspired ng gising gising, I don't have any other veggies here at ayoko namang lumabas para mamalengke kaya here is the gising gising inspired na stalk ng broccoli with bell pepper.
Ingredients:
Stalk of Broccoli (chopped)
bell pepper
siling haba
dried shrimp
1 can of coconut milk
garlic,salt, pepper, sugar,
oyster sauce, vinegar
Saute the garlic in a medium heat pan, add the siling haba and bell pepper, put the dried shrimp,
then add the chopped stalk of broccoli, mixed it together then add the coconut milk, let it simmer for 5 minutes, then put the pepper, vinegar, oyster sauce and sugar, tantyahan lang mga teh,, pero wagi ito,,, =)
